Ingredients
2 ripe bananas
1 1/2 C Bisquick
1/2 - 3/4 C milk
2 large eggs
2 tsp baking powder
2 Tbsp sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp nutmeg
Vegetable oil for greasing pan
Preparation
Mash bananas in a large bowl. Add Bisquick and milk and mix. Add remaining ingredients, adjusting milk for thicker or thinner pancakes.
Heat griddle over high heat. Brush with vegetable oil and heat until water droplet evaporates. Ladle pancake batter in 1/4-1/2 cups and cook until bubbles form across entire pancake. Flip and continue cooking until bottom is light brown.
