Ingredients
2 bags Pepperidge Farm chessman cookies
6 to 8 bananas, sliced
2 c. milk
1 (5 oz) box instant French Vanilla pudding (can use 2 small boxes)
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1 (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
1 (12 oz) Cool Whip or Real Whipped Cream
Preparation
- Line the bottom of a 13x9x12 inch dish with 1 bag of cookies.
- Layer bananas on top (I mix them with a little lemon juice to keep them fresh longer).
- In a bowl, combine milk and pudding mix and blend well using a handheld electric mixer.
- In another bowl, combine cream cheese and condensed milk and beat until smooth.
- Fold the whipped topping into the cream cheese mixture.
- Add pudding mixture to cream cheese mixture and stir well until blended.
- Pour entire mixture over bananas and top with remaining cookies in the same manner as the bottom layer of cookies.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
