Ingredients

1-1/2 # lean ground meat

1/4 cup Parmesan cheese

1 slightly beaten egg

1/2 cup breadcrumbs

2 T minced garlic

1 t salt

1 t black pepper

1/2 cup milk

1 t dried oregano

2 t parsley

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients with your hands.
  3. Shape the mixture into meatballs and put on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake 25-30 minutes. Use immediately or cool and freeze for later use.
