Spread bottom and sides of 10" spring-form pan for crust. 2nd Stage Cream: 1-250gpkg cream cheese 1/4 cup sugar Add: 1 egg 1/4 tsp vanilla This should be creamy. Pour into pan over crust. Last Stage Combine: 1/3 cup sugar 1/2 tsp cinnamon (or more) Toss with: 4 cups peeled sliced apples (3 large) Spread over cream cheese layer (No juice) Sprinkle with 1/4 cup slivered almonds

Bake 450 for 10 minutes 400 for 25 more minutes **Remember to reduce temperature 25 degrees for glass plate) Loosen torte, Cool and remove rim.
