Ingredients

4# beef round steak

1 c chopped onions

12 oz beer

1/2 c brown sugar

1/3 cup apple cider vinegar

6 oz tomato paste

1 TBSP chili powder

Preparation

Place in Slow cooker on high reduce heat to low and stir to brown and cook 8-10 hours.

Remove and shred meat, adding back to sauce. Serve on your choice of rolls.
