butter
lemon
Preparation
cut soft part of lobster tail in two places
peel it back and peel flesh away from hard shell
put 1 Tablespoon butter and 1/4 of a lemon squeezed juice between meat and the hard shell
on medium setting
cooked for 12 minutes on hard shell side down and turned it over for 3 minutes
