Ingredients

1 tsp cumin

1 tsp paprika

1 1/2 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1 1/2 tsp sugar

2 tsp salt

1 tsp pepper

1 tsp cayenne pepper

1 tsp ginger powder

Preparation

In a jar incorporate all spices (mortar n pestle any coarse spices). Place cover and shake, baby, shake. Once all well incorcorated, rub porc ribs on all sides. Refrigerate for several hours
