Ingredients

Soup

3 can great northern beans

1 quart water

minced dried onion

1 tblsp chicken soup base

1 can evaporated milk

1 stick butter

Dumplings

3 eggs

1.5 cup flour

salt

Preparation

Add 1 qt water, tblsp chicken base, and beans in pot over high heat. bring to boil.

Mix eggs and flour together to form loose dough. Mix with hands to form crumbly dough mixture.

When soup is hot crumble dough into soup mixture and let cook for 5 minutes.

Add 1 can evaporated milk and 1 stick of butter and let simmer
