Ingredients

2 tbs corn starch

1/2 cup water

2 tbsp. water

1/2 tsp garlic

1 lb steak (round steak, chuck steak) cut into 3 inc strips

2 tbs veg oil

4 cups broc florrets

1 onion wedged

1/3 cup red sod soy sauce

2 tbsp. brown sugar

1 tsp ginger powder

Preparation

combine cornstard, water and garlic add beef in skillet, stirfry beef in 1 tbst oil, remove, then stirfry broc and onion in remaining oil for 4-5 min, return beef, combine soy, sugar, ginger, 1 tbsp cornstarch and add to the pan. cook and stir 2 mins, then done
