Ingredients
1 beef tenderloin
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup of sesame oil
1/4 cup sherry
1 Tbsp sugar
1 Tbsp flour
3 garlic cloves pressed
sesame seeds
Preparation
Put all marinade ingredients in double Ziploc bag with beef tenderloin for a minimum of 24 hours. Turn bags several times. If marinade is too salty add more sherry. Grill tenderloin for 15-20 minutes each side.
