Ingredients
2 Tbs Oil
1 lbs Sirloin Steak
1 cup Sour Cream
2 Beef Boullion Cubes
2 Tbs Ketchup
2 Tbs Flour
1 Tbs Minced Garlic
1 cup Water (Divided into 2 [1/2 cup] portions)
Preparation
Cut Steak into strips and fry in about 2 tablespoons oil. Remove from pan. Add 1/2 cup Water, Ketchup, Garlic and Boullion Cubes and cook about 10-15 minutes but don’t let the Steak get tough. After its cooked for 10-15 minutes, mix Flour with 1/2 cup Water and add to meat mixture. Stir until sauce thickens. Remove from heat and stir in Sour Cream.
