Ingredients

lb of beef sirloin cut in long thin strips

coat in flour and S&P

brown quickly in 2T butter

add one cup sliced mushrooms

1/2 c. chopped onion

one clove minced garlic

2 T butter

3 T flour

1 T. tomato paste

can of beef broth

c. sour cream

2 T sherry

Preparation

coat beef in flour and S&P brown quickly in 2 T butter add mushrooms, onion and garlic remove all from skillet add butter, flour, tomato paste and blend add tomato paste, one can broth, and cook til thick; add meat; add sour cream and sherry at the last minute
