Ingredients
2 lb sirloin
1/2 C flour
1 tsp garlic salt
1 can beef consomme
1 can water
1 T Worcestershire
1 T Soy Sauce
1 tsp. Tabasco
1 lb. sliced mushrooms
1 can cream mushroom soup
8 oz carton sour cream
Preparation
Pound flour into steak. Cut in cubes. Sprinkle with garlic salt. Brown in butter in dutch oven.
Add next 6 ingred. and simmer on low for 2 hours, adding more water if needed.
Remove from heat. Add mushroom and stir in sour cream. Reheat and serve over noodles or rice. Freezes well
