Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
4 TBS chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 pound mushrooms sliced
2 cups uncooked noodles
1 cup water
1 lemon juiced
1/4 - 1/2 cup red wine
2 TSP beef extract or 2 beef bullion cubes
1 cup sour cream
Preparation
In large skillet, saute ground meat, onions, garlic and mushrooms until meat is browned and vegetables are soft. Add uncooked noodles, water lemon juice, wine and beef extract. Cover and simmer for 10-15 minutes or until noodles are tender. Just before serving, add sour cream.
