Ingredients

1 lb. round steak cut into strips

(I put spike on meat before frying)

1/2 c. chopped onions

2 tbsp. butter

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1/4 c. water

1/2 c. sour cream

1/2 tsp. paprika

Preparation

Brown steak and onion in butter. Stir in soup, water, sour cream and paprika. Cover and cook over low heat for 1 hour. Stir often. Serve over noodles. Makes 4 servings. (I put in crock pot for 1 1/2 hrs.)
