Ingredients
4 pork chops
2 Tbsp. oil
4 slices bacon
1 Tbsp. flour
1 bottle dark beer
1/2 c. chicken stock
Preparation
Cook chops in a hot oiled skillet for 12 minutes, turning once. Remove and put chops to the side & cover. Brown bacon in same pan, crumble. Add and sauté onions. Add flour, stir for 1 minute. Add beer, simmer 2 minutes, stir in stock. Pour over chops.
