Ingredients

1 5-8 lb Whole Fresh Chicken (ovenstuffer)

1 can Beer

3 Garlic Cloves, smashed

Dash Salted Butter (2 Sticks)

Dash Pepper

Dash Dry Thyme

Dash Dry Rosemary

2 Tsp Canola Oil

Preparation

Clean and wash whole chicken. Open beer, drink half of it :-). Place chicken on beer-can (or beer-can roasting rack) with garlic. Fill center cup with remaining beer or leave in beer can. Rub outside of chicken liberally with canola oil and immediately season. Season inner cavity with remaining seasoning. Place on grill and roast for 1 1/4 hours or until thermometer pops and breast meat is 170 degrees.
