Ingredients

2 small, 3 oz cooked, peeled beets

2 (15 oz) cans no salt added chick peas, drained and rinsed

1/3 c Tahini

2 garlic cloves, chopped

1/4 C lemon juice

1/4 tsp fine sea salt

pinch cayenne pepper

Preparation

Combine in food processor, process until smooth, 2-3 min, stopping occassionally to scrape sides.
