Ingredients

1/2 cup strained blackberry juice (see tip below)

2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar

2 T. white wine

1 T. miso

1/2 tsp. dried thyme (or fresh thyme)

pinch of salt and pepper

Preparation

To make the strained blackberry juice, just puree blackberries in a food processor or mash with a spoon. Then strain through a fine-mesh sieve.

Blend all ingredients together. If using fresh thyme add after everything else has been blended.
