Ingredients

8 cups berries

3 T cornstarch

1/3 c water

1 c sugar

cinnamon

vanilla

Topping:

2 cups flour

2 heaping T sugar

1 T baking powder

pinch salt

6 T butter

1 c milk or 1/2 & 1/2

can add lemon zest Optional

Preparation

Mix berry mixture together and bake at 375 until starting to bubble. Meanwhile add dry ingred and butter to processor and pulse till blended. When berries are ready add milk to dry ingredients and pulse a few times to blend then drop by spoonfuls onto bubbling berries and bake at 400 for about 20 min. Check biscuits for doneness.
