Ingredients

12 oz. firm tofu, drained

2 cup plain almond milk

½ cup oat milk

½ cup honey

3 ripe bananas

1 ½ Tbs. vanilla extract

Pinch of salt

12 oz. frozen raspberries

8 oz. frozen strawberries

1 T. lemon juice

1 t. grated lemon peel

Preparation

Mix first 7 ingredients in a blender. Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth. Place in freezer to chill. Use your ice cream maker to finish processing the ice cream. Works in an old fashioned salt and ice freezer. When frozen chill packed in ice or the freezer. Serve!
