Ingredients

1 1/2 pounds fresh salmon

1 lemon, sliced

2 tablespoons parsley

2 teaspoons dijon mustard

2 tablespoons lemon juice

Ground black pepper

Sea salt

EVOO

Preparation

-Preheat oven to 450 degrees. -In a small bowl combine freshly chopped parsley, dijon mustard, salt, pepper, olive oil, lemon juice. -Lay filets in baking dish and cover all sides with sauce and top with fresh lemon slices. -Bake at 450 degrees for 12-15 minutes.
