Ingredients

4 32 oz Cans Whole Tomatoes

1 12 oz Pkg Frozen Chopped Onions

4 Cloves Garlic - chopped fine

4 Bell Peppers

2+ lbs Ground Beef

1 6.5 - 8 oz Can Mushrooms

3 Bay Leaves

Kosher Salt

Preparation

Mash (or blend) tomatoes and add to cooking pot. Bring to boil and reduce heat to simmer. Brown the ground beef and drain Saute the bell peppers in oil or margarine. Drain mushrooms. Add bay leaves, chopped garlic, ground beef, mushrooms, and onions to tomato sauce. Simmer for 2 - 3 hours.
