Ingredients

6 cups of greens (lettuce, spinach, kale, arugula, etc.)

2 cups of mixed fresh veggies

1 Tablespoon of nuts or seeds

3 T. raisins, craisins or other dried fruit.

3 oz. chicken, tofu or fish

Any veggie leftovers

Preparation

Place first 4 ingredients in large bowl to toss. Fill gallon sized plastic bag with salad mix or 6 individual plastic baggies. Fill individual plastic baggies with remaining ingredients. Use for lunches. OR Place all ingredients in large bowl to toss and serve with favorite salad dressing.
