Ingredients

2 cups penne, cooked and drained

1 cup cherry tomatoes, quartered

4 ounces Athenos Crumbled Feta with Basil and Tomato

1/2 cup honey mustard or Caesar salad dressing

1/3 cup fresh basil leaves, cut into strips

1/4 cup red onion, chopped

1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, oil-packed, drained and chopped

2 each boneless chicken breast halves, grilled or broiled, sliced

Preparation

Mix all ingredients. Serve warm or chilled.
