Ingredients

1 15 oz can black beans, drained

4 tbsp tomato paste

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 1/2 tsp cumin, divided

salt and pepper to taste

1/2 cup dry breadcrumbs

Preparation

combine beans, tomatoe paste, garlic and 1/2 tsp cumin and salt in large bowl. Mash and divide into 8 balls. Combine crumbs and remaining cumin in a shallow dish. Roll balls in crumb mixture and shape into patties. Coat skillet with cooking spray and cook over med-high heat until lightly browned. Serve with salsa nd sour cream.
