Ingredients
1lb black beans (soak overnight - drain)
4 Cup chicken broth
1 green pepper (chopped)
1 ham hock
1 chop onion
3 cloves garlic
1 tsp sugar
2 tsp paprika
3 tsp cumin
2 tsp oregano
2 jalapeno peppers
1/2 tsp chile powder
2 bag leaves
Preparation
Simmer for 2 hrs. Remove ham from bones and stir back in beans. Add 2T red wine vinegar & serve over rice.
