Ingredients

4 1-1/2 inch thick boneless center loin chops

1/4 cup butter, softened

1 tbl molasses

1/2 tsp freshly squeezed lemon juice

4 tbl coarsely ground black pepper

Salt, to taste

Preparation

  1. Stir together butter, molasses & lemon juice with a fork. Cover & refrigerate.

  2. Rub chops on both sides evenly with pepper.

  3. Grill chops over medium coals till done.

  4. Top each chop with molasses butter.
