Ingredients
1 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
1 1/2 tbsp finely chopped garlic
1/3 cup minced scallions
1 tsp minced ginger
3/4 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup peppercorns
3 tbsp cooking oil
5 1/2 pounds of shrimp with shell or dungeness crab
Preparation
- In large bowl, combine cilantro, garlic, scallions, ginger, soy sauce & honey. Add shrimp or crab with shell and chill 15 minutes to an hour.
- Coarsely grind peppercorn (rolling pin also works).
- Pour oil into wok over medium high heat. Pour seafood (not all sauce just enough for flavor), marinade and 1 1/2 T pepper into wok and stir for 5 minutes.
- Sprinkle remaining pepper over dish and mix well then ladle into plate.
