Ingredients

2 chicken breasts, meat sliced thinly

1/2 lb green beans, trimmed and cut in 1" pieces

1/2 red pepper, cut into 1" thin pieces

1 Serrano pepper, seeded and diced

2 garlic cloves, mashed and minced

2"section lemon grass, smashed and minced

3 green onions, cut into 1" pieces

Sesame seeds

1/2T Hot chili oil

1/2T Sesame oil

1T Soy sauce

1T Fish sauce

Fresh coarsely ground black pepper

Preparation

Marinate the chicken in the oils and sauces. Grind black pepper over all and mix well.

Stir fry garlic and vegetables until al dente. Remove from wok.

Pour chicken with sauces into hot wok and stir fry until well cooked. Add vegetables and stir to reheat, finish cooking, colors still bright. At end of cooking, sprinkle sesame seeds over and serve.
