Ingredients
3 Cups of all purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
3/4 tsp baking sode
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 Cup light brown sugar
2 TBSP flour
1/2 tsp tsp cinnamon
3/4 Cup soft butter
1 1/2 Cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
4 eggs
1 Cup sour cream
2 Cups blueberries
1 Cup confectionary sugar
1-2 tsp milk
Preparation
lightly grease & flour bundt pan. Preheat oven 350 degrees
- Sift first 4 ingredients together - set aside.
- Brown sugar, t TBSP flour & cinnamon in med bowl mix well.
- Place butter in large bowl & cream, add sugar and vanilla, beat until light & fluffy. Add one egg at a time, add flour/baking powder mixture (in 5 additions); alternately with the sour cream (in 2 additions)
- Gently dust blueberries w/1TBSP flour
- Turn in 1/3 batter into pan
- Sprinkle 1/2 of blueberries, repeat layering remaining batter & blueberries.
- Place in center of oven, bake 60 minutes o until tester comes out clean.
- Cool in pan 20 minutes, gently remove & drizzle with confectionary sugar mixture.
