Ingredients

2C Butter Muffin Mix

2 T sugar

1 Large Egg

3/4 C Milk

3/4 C Blueberries

Preparation

In mixing bowl stir together mix and sugar; for a well in center. Beat together egg and milk. Pour into center of mix; stir until dry ingredients are moistened (about 20 strokes); add blueberries and stir an additional 5 strokes; batter will be lumpy. Fill each muffin cup about 2/3 full. Bake in preheated 425 degree oven 20-25 minutes
