Ingredients

2 c flour 1 tsp baking powder

1 tsp baking soda 3/4 c sugar

1/4 c brown sugar 2 eggs

8 oz. sour cream 1/2 c butter, melted

1 lb pork sausage, cooked (well)

1 c blueberries (+2 c for sauce)

Preparation

Combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, sugars, eggs, sour cream and butter. Add the cooked sausage. Fold in the blueberries. Place in a greased 9x13 pan and bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes.

Blueberry sauce 1/2 c sugar 2 Tbl corn starch 1/2 c water 2 c blueberries

Combine the above together in a sauce pan and heat until it thickens.
