BEAT EGGS WHITES UNTIL FIRM AND THEN FOLD INTO CHEESE MIXTURE.

COMBINE ESPRESSO WITH AMARETTO. DIP LADYFINGERS IN ESPRESSO MIXTURE AND LAYER ON THE BOTTOM OF 8" SQUARE BAKING DISH OR TRIFLE DISH. TOP WITH HALF OF MASCARPONE MIXTURE. REPEAT LAYERSING.
