Ingredients

1 head of lettuce (iceberg for milder dish, romaine for more pungent flavor)

1 clove of garlic

1 1/2 Tbsp Olive Oil

1 small ball of fresh mozzarella cheese

2 sprinkles of grated parmesan cheese

Preparation

Chop the lettuce broadly. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan or griddle. Dice the garlic and add to the hot olive oil. Add the chopped lettuce and saute for a few minutes, stirring often. Add the cheeses and continue cooking for another 2-3 minutes.
