Ingredients

1 cup water

2 tbs olive oil

1 1/4 tsp kosher salt

500 gr Caputo Typo 00 flour (or King Arthur All Purpose flour)

2 tsp active dry yeast

Preparation

Add all ingredients to bread machine. Use the dough cycle. When finished, divide into three balls and store in fridge until ready to use. Or, cover and let rise on counter for at least 30 minutes.
