Ingredients

one packet Plain Instant Oatmeal

2/3 cup Vanilla Soy Milk (or cow’s milk, your choice)

few drops Vanilla Extract

Tbsp Brown Sugar

Cinnamon, Nutmeg (to taste)

Tsp Coconut Oil (Or butter if you prefer)

Preparation

Cook instant oatmeal with the milk instead of water using package directions. Add remaining ingredients to taste. This tastes super good and is good for you, especially if you have it with fresh fruit or something as breakfast or a snack. It isn’t bad if you put in dried cranberries or raisins when you cook the oatmeal either, if you want to try it. Enjoy!
