Ingredients

12 meatballs or 12 pieces of bacon (BD approved)

12 organic eggs

24 oz Greek Yogurt

6-7 leaves fresh basil

1/2 c. diced onion

1/2 c. organic green pepper (diced)

6-8 organic grape tomatoes

Celtic sea salt to taste

Ground pepper to taste

6 c. black beans (drained and rinsed)

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Place basil, meatballs/bacon, green pepper, onion, grape tomatoes in food processor and chop/dice.
  3. Mix above mixture with eggs, greek yogurt, and black beans.
  4. Place in baking dish and cook for 30-45 minutes.
