Ingredients
6-8 slices thick white bread
2 rolls Jimmy Dean Sausage
2 cups sharp cheddar cheese grated
6 eggs
2 cups milk
1 tsp dry mustard
Preparation
Grease 9x13 pan. Place bread buttered on both sides to cover bottom of pan. Crumble well-browned sausage meat over the bread. Add layer of cheese. Beat together the eggs, milk, mustard and pour over the cheese. Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 375 for 20 min covered, then uncover and bake approximately 20 min longer until golden brown.
