Ingredients
1 LB. Mild Breakfast Sausage
6 Beaten Eggs
2 C. Milk
6 Slices bread cubed and crusts removed
1 C. Cheddar Cheese
Salt to taste
8 oz. fresh or canned mushrooms
1 tsp. dried mustard
Preparation
Grease shallow baking pan. Brown the breakfast sausage. Cut into pieces and combine with all ingredients. Cover with foil and refrigerate over nite.
Bake uncovered 45 in 350 degree oven.
***If desired add chives, onion gree peper or whatever.
