Ingredients
2 lbs fresh broccoli (trim and use tops and soft parts of stalks)
2 stalks of celery
red grapes
peanuts (salted)
Dressing: 1 Cup Mayo
1/2 Cup sugar
1 Tbs apple cider vinegar
Preparation
Mix dressing ingredients.
Add to broccoli and celery and grapes.
Add peanuts before serving.
(optional: mozzarella cheese thickly shredded)
