Ingredients
1 pouch of Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Ready Sauce in Broccoli Beef
1 pound flank steak or tender cut beef
8 oz. small broccoli florets
2 tbsp. cooking oil.
Preparation
Heat oil over high heat in large frying pan or wok. Add beef and stir-fry for two minutes until browned. Add broccoli and stir-fry for an additional two minutes. Stir in entire pouch of Lee Kum Kee sauce for Broccoli Beef. Bring to a simmer and serve.
