Ingredients
1 pkg broccoli slaw mix
1 sm bunch greens onions - chopped thin
1 bunch cilantro - chopped
Mix together and set aside the following
½ cup sunflower seeds
¾ cup sliced or slivered almonds (you can up pecans or walnuts or a mix of all 3)
1 small can rice noodles (NOT chow mien noodles) - (you can also use salad fixins - fried onions)
Dressing
½ cup sunflower or peanut oil - (I use canola)
¼ cup white vinegar - (I use rice vinegar)
½ cup sugar (I use little over ¼ cup Stevia)
1 ½ tsp soy sauce
Mix until sugar is dissolved
Preparation
Make the salad dressing. Combine all ingredients just before serving.
