Ingredients

• 1 pkg broccoli slaw mix

• 1 sm bunch greens onions - chopped thin

• 1 bunch cilantro - chopped

Mix together and set aside the following

• ½ cup sunflower seeds

• ¾ cup sliced or slivered almonds (you can up pecans or walnuts or a mix of all 3)

• 1 small can rice noodles (NOT chow mien noodles) - (you can also use salad fixins - fried onions)

Dressing

• ½ cup sunflower or peanut oil - (I use canola)

• ¼ cup white vinegar - (I use rice vinegar)

• ½ cup sugar (I use little over ¼ cup Stevia)

• 1 ½ tsp soy sauce

• Mix until sugar is dissolved

Preparation

Make the salad dressing. Combine all ingredients just before serving.
