Ingredients

1 lb of broccoli, cup up

2 Tbs olive oil

3 cloves of garlic

1/2 tsp of salt

1/4 tsp of black pepper

1/3 cup of whole-wheat panko bread crumbs

1/4 cup Parmesan cheese (optional)

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Mix 1 lb of broccoli, cut up, olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and bread crumbs.
  2. Spread the mixture in a shallow baking pan. Roast for 13 to 15 minutes or until broccoli is tender, stirring once.
  3. Transfer to a serving plate. Can sprinkle with Parmesan cheese or kids favorite cheese if desired.
