Ingredients

4 heads of Broccoli

1/2 red onion

1/2 lb. bacon

1 cup cashews

1 cup craisons

1 cup mayo

1/4 cup white sugar

2 tbsp white wine vinegar

Preparation

  1. Cook bacon in skillet on medium heat until brown. Cool & crumble

  2. Cut brocolli into bite size pieces, cut onion into bite size slices. Combine with bacon, craisons, cashews & mix.

  3. Dressing - mix mayo, sugar, vinegar together until smooth. Add to salad, chill & serve
