Ingredients

454 g firm tofu sliced (into 8 slices)

2 TBS olive oil

broccoli, red peppers, snap peas or other favourites

Sauce:

1/4 cup peanut butter

2 tsp soya sauce

2 tsp sesame oil

1/2 tsp asian chili paste (sambal oelek)

2 green oinions, thinly sliced on diagonal

1/4 cup hot water

Preparation

Pat tofu dry with paper towels. Brush with oil Broil 15 minutes 8 inches from the top. Watch carefully

Make sauce: Mix first 4 ingredients. Slowly add hot water while stirring. Add green onions

Remove tofu from oven and drizzle with sauce. Serve remainder of sauce on the side.
