Ingredients
2 1/4 lb chicken with skin and bones
1 stick butter
1 lb onion, chopped
1 28 oz can crushed tomatoes
1 8 oz can tomato sauce
1/2 bottle Worcestershire
1/2 T salt
1 15 oz can butter beans
1 15 oz can cream style corn
1 8 1/2 can corn
2 stalks celery
2 lb potatoes
Preparation
Cook chicken in water with celery and pepper. Remove skin and bones and cut into pieces. Save 1 qt of broth. Melt butter and sauté onions. Add broth, potatoes, tomato stuff, beans, worc. sauce and salt. Simmer for 1 hour. Add chicken and simmer 1/2 hour. Add corn and simmer till hot through.
