Ingredients
1 cup Buckwheat
1/2 cups coconut or almond milk
1 tbsp chia seeds
Stevia (to taste)
Pinch of sea salt
Dash cinnamon
Preparation
Soak buckwheat overnight. After soaking, rinse well in a strainer. Add buckwheat, coconut milk and chia to a food processor until slightly smooth. Add nuts, stevia and cinnamon to taste. Serve cold, or warm up on the stove slightly.
