Ingredients
2-3 turkey wings
3/4 cup flour
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 stick of butter, melted
3 tablespoons hot sauce
2 tablespoons white vinegar
Preparation
Heat oven to 375 Cut wings at the joint. Some say throw away the tip… but this is my favorite part. Mix flour, pepper and salt in a ziplock bag. Toss wings in flour.
Combine butter, hot sauce and vinegar.
Brown wings in oil a few pieces at a time, approximately 10 mins
Move to a baking dish and drizzle sauce (butter, sauce and vinegar) over the wings.
Bake for about an hour, turning occasionally, basting occasionally.
