Ingredients

3 1/2 pounds chicken wings, cut into drumettes

1/2 cup Louisiana Style hot sauce

2 tablespoons lemon juice

2 packages Four Seasons dry Italian dessing mix

1/4 cup vegetable oil

1 teaspoon dried basil

Oil for frying

Preparation

  1. Fry wings until lightly browned.

  2. Mix hot sauce, lemon juice, seasonings, and 1/4 cup oil. Toss wings in sauce in ziplock bag. At this point, wings can be frozen up to 2 weeks.

  3. To serve, place wings in shallow baking pan. Bake at 400*F for 10-15 minutes (25 minutes if frozen) until sizzling.
